Starting from the beginning
Plenty of good businesses run for years on word of mouth and a phone that rings. That works right up until somebody who has never met you goes looking, finds nothing they trust, and quietly calls the next name on the list. You never hear about that call.
This road is the whole thing built once, properly: a site that works on a phone, a Google listing set up the way it should be, and one fixed price you hear before any work starts.
Ten minutes, no charge, and if it isn’t something I can help with I’ll say so.
What actually gets built
Not a template with your name dropped into it. The pages your business actually needs, and if one of them is useless to you we swap it for something that isn’t.
If you need a sixth page it’s $250 and it’s yours. There is no quote to wait for at any size.

What the site costs, then what keeping it right costs. Same numbers for everybody, and you hear them before any work starts.

What “five pages” actually means. A home page, a page for what you do, a page about you, a page for your work or your menu, and a page for how people reach you. That covers almost every business I build for. If you need a sixth, it’s $250 and it’s yours.
The sit-down is $150, and it comes off the build if you go ahead. I look at what you have now the way a customer does and tell you what I find — including if what I find is that you do not need me. If you do not go ahead, you keep what I find and owe nothing.
The build is between $500 and $1,500 depending on what you need, and you hear your number before any work starts. That covers building the site and your first month, and the month doesn’t start until the site is actually up. After that the monthly begins. If you prepay a year, that included month is the first of the twelve — a full year of cover from the day you launch.
A second location is another $75 a month, and so is a third. Online booking or ordering starts at $500, because it’s a build of its own.
The monthly isn’t hosting. Hosting costs almost nothing and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. It’s the Google side, done every month, by a person who actually checks.
Month to month, thirty days’ notice, no contract. If it isn’t earning its keep you send me one line and we stop. Whatever you sign at stays your price for as long as you stay, and I’ve never raised anyone’s rate.
Ready when you are
Tell me what the business is and where it’s costing you. I’ll tell you what I’d build and what it would come to, before you decide anything.
Text is fine, and often faster. It rings on my phone, not at an answering service.

Wrong road? If the site you have is fine and it’s the Google side that needs minding, that’s a different page and a smaller number.
